We created a set of guidelines, focussing on a range of topics from working with the ACCA brand, to email design and copywriting best practice and technical / testing considerations. We also investigated the template blocks available for use in their instance of Adobe Experience Manager to create a module library, to give them maximum creative flexibility within their templates.
