Email best practice guidelines for ACCA

After creating several high performing CRM campaigns for them, ACCA asked us to create some guidelines to help their local markets create their own email campaigns.

We created a set of guidelines, focussing on a range of topics from working with the ACCA brand, to email design and copywriting best practice and technical / testing considerations. We also investigated the template blocks available for use in their instance of Adobe Experience Manager to create a module library, to give them maximum creative flexibility within their templates.
